Before the destruction of Indian Valley, Bannstone made his living breaking into ancient containers and bartering the often worthless contents to unsuspecting villagers up and down the valley.

During the events of Session 31, Bannstone lost his right leg to a Tendrakkai Warrior. After cutting a deal with the Mormons, Bannstone obtained an advanced cybernetic replacement for 6000 credits.
